My friend Lisa made the cutest baby card! I just changed it a bit to make it for a boy instead of a girl:

All supplies from Close To My Heart unless stated otherwise:
Stamp sets: Sweet Baby, Life’s A Jungle
Papers: Stardust level 2 paper pack, Desert Sand and Heavenly Blue cardstock
Inks: Black, Moonstruck, Honey
Other: Copic markers (C1, C3), silver Big Brad, Sakura Gelly Roll white pen, Scalloped circle punch (Stampin’ Up!), circle punch (Marvy Uchida)

And Mittens says,

“I’m gonna get you…”

“GOTCHA!”

Kim Burmeister was the inspiration for this card. She used the Easter Eggs stamp set, but not to make eggs!

I added my own little fold around the right side:

Teri asked if I could show her how to make this, and I thought, “Well, I’ll just give her the one I made.” I had just cleaned up my desk, so guess what? I couldn’t FIND IT. Aaaaaugh! I searched everywhere. So then I thought, “It’s really easy, I’ll just make her another.” And here it is!

There’s my little Copic test sheet, right next to my cup of Kona coffee. MMMmmmmm. I love that spotted paper from Close To My Heart. It just reminds me of chocolate with sprinkles! So here’s the card. I stamped and colored all those ice cream cones, by the way. I am just loving those Copic markers:

Jen’s challenge this week: make a Christmas card with a family picture. OH NOOOO! Do I even HAVE a family picture?!?? Eeep! After much digging around, I found one from my Aunt’s annual Christmas eve party. My Uncle always has a glass of wine and puts on the Santa suit – every year. Gotta give that guy credit!

That last layout got me into a scrapbooking mood. I always thought the Whoops A Daisy papers were too bright, but it fit perfectly with these photos. Close To My Heart’s Imagine layout idea book helped immensely!
